Spent the last few days working primarily on maps and nothing else but maps. I got a few more screens done, and I think I only have about three more maps and a boss battle to do for this area. Originally, I called it the Blind Witch Labyrinth, but it's looking less like a labyrinth and more like a series of ruins, so I'm going to call it the Blind Witch Ruins. Interesting how this is going, a lot of verticality in some of these sections, taking an inspiration from Wizards and Warriors and how it handled vertical platforming...

Well, sort of. Not the lame way you attacked in that game, obviously. But the jumping, yes. After this, and one more boss battle (for the duchess of mushroom's garden), and the game will be about 1/2 way done. Exciting!
