Small update for Mac OSX users

This is only for Mac users, it fixes a bundling issue. It was supposed to include a readme.txt, and the folder in the zip archive was only supposed to be ManaWriter, not ManaWriterOSX.

Now if you copy and paste it into Applications (not changing the folder or file names) it should work great! Please let me know if you have any issues. This was not a code update, only the way it's packaged to run on OSX.

Code update should be coming sometime next week with keyboard shortcuts and other niceties.
