Yup! A simple name change, but one I think will be for the better. I plan on updating this itch page here, as well as the riddlefox website, etc this weekend to make the change official. Also, we own candlebookisland.com now, so I'll be creating a website there as well. The game is coming along splendidly. I finished up a lot of the base code, and now have a good scripting engine involved for creating stories for all the people on the island, and the monsters you take care of.

I realized what the main plot of the game will be now, and the focus will be less on monsters, and more about making friends with your coworkers, and helping a few of them heal from a tragic loss. This game is going to be very Studio Ghibli and plot heavy in style going forward, but with a plot that you help build and create through NPC interactions and game stats, which fire off storylets. This creates a more immersive, interactive gaming experience, rather than a simple branching narrative way of doing things.

I'm also hoping to eventually add in a weather system, but that all depends on time.
